Not at all. Everything will be guided step by step.
Totally normal. You’ll never be pressured to share more than you’re comfortable with. Many participants find healing simply by being in the space.
Just yourself, a journal, and an open heart. We provide everything else. Oh, and maybe a bathing suit for the pool! There will be optional morning water aerobics on Thursday and Friday before class starts!
